    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don't know how they messed an appointment that was booked in person. Arrived on the day, called in and kicked out because another customer was getting upset. Only to find out later that we were NEVER booked in. Worst. Branch. Ever.

    I've only had the most helpful staff during my visits to this branch. As a new customer to Westpac, my first encounter with Sharni (Branch Manager) was really pleasant so decided to come back to do some personal banking. I met with Nooria (Personal Banking Specialist) on my second visit and she really made my day. Really great service, solid understanding of products, great advice and went above and beyond with my requests. Thank you Nooria and team for bringing back quality customer service!!

    Unable to withdraw money from ATM at Forest Hill food court. I have been using it for years. What's going on? I'd like to give Westpac zero stars. My local branch is Mt Waverley and the staff couldn't be ruder or more unhelpful if they tried.

    ATM doesn't work, and they've only got 1 single machine. How ridiculous.
    Then the bank itself isn't even considerate enough to open for normal business hours of 9-5pm. How do they expect to look after any customers?
