  First time landlords using Jellis Craig. Nej Basak has made us feel completely reassured during the entire experience. Nej explained the requirements of us as landlord and organised all advertising/ photograpy /inspections and tenant applications extremely efficiently. He has been in constant communication with us throughout the lease campaign. I can highly recommend Nej for his open, honest transparency and calm, reassuring, knowledgable approach while acting on our behalf.

  I would give 6 stars if I could. Very knowledgeable team. I find Naomi a diligent and trustworthy manager and the rest of the team when she is not there. They respect the tenants and owners. They follow the law even when tenants and owners don't like it.

  We recently leased our first property through Sarah Hand. This was our first investment property and the whole process was seamless. Sarah showed the utmost care and attention detail. Nothing was too difficult and Sarah was always there to answer my calls and questions. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough, she is a fantastic property manager and really cares about her clients.

  I have not always had a wonderful experience with Jellis Craig first as a tenant. However, in the last year I have experienced a change both as a tenant and then a landlord. In fact, the service was so good as a tenant, that we decided to move over to Jellis Craig for our own investment property. Both Jacqui (Hawthorn) and Dylan (Whitehorse) have been incredible to work with. Dylan has been efficient, quick to respond at any time of the day and simply wonderful to deal with. He is easy going and will patiently answer all your questions and concerns. Thank you Dylan for re-leasing our rental so quickly and enabling the transition to proceed so smoothly. We are so very grateful.

  We found a really nice place for our next home without having too much stress thanks to Nej, who always communicate and update us promptly! We are always kept in loop on what is going on, what will happen next and he is really helpful in arranging things to meet our needs! Once we got landlord approval, the process of putting in rental agreements and receiving info pack were clear and efficient. Definitely recommend Nej and Jellis Craig Whitehorse as their services are

  As a new landlord I was unsure of the process to rent out my house. Sali Young and her team have made the process transparent and painless for me.
