Been four times, finally never going back. Very rude staff, and sooooo slow!!!! They left me waiting for 45 minutes with no acknowledgement and no apology. Getting only my roots done somehow took over 2 hours. And what's with the massive hole in the wall covered by a towel and a bit of plastic sheeting? Gross.
