- Samantha Cheung Added April 28, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Carpet (purchased from Blackburn) is beautiful and good quality but installation was terrible.. Ruined my newly painted wall trim and it wasn't just the typical paint slightly scratched off.. it was actually holes punctured into the wall most likely from the tool they use to insert the carpet. After much going back and forth they pretty much told me they did not believe the installer caused the damage even though it was quite obvious they did.. they offered me $100 off the total which was definitely not adequate to cover the cost of the damage however I accepted it as there was not much point in arguing, they clearly were not going to accept the responsibility.
