  Visited this car wash mid 2021 and returned home to find out that the staff had damaged my vinyl roof wrap.
  
  The manager owned up to the damage and let me know they're happy to cover the cost of the repair. Unfortunately, I've chased the money ever since. Multiple calls and text messages were ignored, called in, and even called up to speak to other staff to get this sorted. Not one staff member was helpful.
  
  7 months on and I still haven't been reimbursed for their damage. What an absolute joke!
  
  Do not recommend this company.

  My best experience in a car wash centre at Sparklers Blackburn. The staff Kulvid have gone beyond. It was just a standard cleaning however there were few minor scratches and he even buffed it with premium polished kit without any chargers. Highly recommend to all locals....

  The car was quite clean.
  The couch was comfortable to rest on while waiting for the car to be cleaned.
  The windscreen was very clean.

  This place used to be amazing but no more.
  2 hour wait for car wash and vac. Car sat in the waiting bay for over an hour as I watched cars that came in after mine driving away washed. Asked the chap why my car had not been washed yet. He tried to tell me that it hadn't been an hour. I showed him my receipt with the time to prove it and he just mumbled that they will do it next.
  Other customers were complaining about the same thing. I know it can get busy but when you see one of there mates waltz in with there car and it's washed in 20 minutes while I have already waited an hour.... is a joke!!!
  Never going there again and would recommend everyone to steer clear of this place

  This place used to be good, but the last two times I’ve brought my cars here they have done a terrible job. Paid for inside and outside wash with an extra $20 (even though the sign said $10) for interior trim and console detail which was of terrible quality. Interior plastics not wiped thoroughly or even wiped at all in some places. Spots on outside of vehicle missed as well. Not impressed. Will not return.

  I have been coming here for years and have never been let down. They are so thorough and really make an effort to do a great job, every time, regardless of whether you get outside only or inside out. On occasion I go elsewhere, only to be disappointed they can't match the quality I get here. Good work team!!
